Nathan R. Starnes
joined Nelson Hall Parry Tucker, P.A. as an associate in April 2010.
His current practice focuses primarily upon litigation in the areas
of general insurance defense, construction/contract disputes, personal
injury, and business disputes. Mr. Starnes legal experience includes
working for a large Idaho litigation firm, as well as with the Honorable
Darla S. Williamson, District Judge, Fourth Judicial District, State
of Idaho, as a law clerk.
Mr. Starnes received
a B.S. in Sociology with Business Management minor from Brigham Young
University, before graduating with his J.D., cum laude, from Gonzaga
University School of Law.
Mr. Starnes has
been admitted in all of the Idaho State Courts and the U.S. District
Court of Idaho. He is an active member of the American Bar Association,
Idaho Association of Defense Counsel, Idaho State Bar Litigation, and
Business & Corporate Law Sections, as well as a Board member of the
Boise Chapter of the J. Ruben Clark Law Society.
Mr. Starnes and
his wife are the proud parents of three boys. He is an avid cyclist,
having raced throughout the Northwest. He also enjoys golf, water sports,
and coaching his sons' athletic teams.
